Edi Rama explodes at the Klima summit: World leaders worry Albania is leaving alone

He has asked the rich states how long Albania, the non-donta country, should continue “to do the only right”.
Rama said: “How long do we have to pay the price, first for climate change caused by major states, and then for failing to find the cure for consequences?”
He complained that Albania was forced to buy energy in winter months when prices went to the sky, and, due to dry weather, the country's hydropower plants failed to meet the requirements.
He added that Albania was “100 per cent with renewable energy” but said it couldn't afford to wait “for markets to move in the right direction.
The prime minister demanded from large grant powers, not loans. /Periscope
