“Ureme Progress Rama and the prosperity and success of him and all new recruits at the head of Kosovo municipalities”, said further in his post.
Rama's progress has emerged first in the run-off to Arben Vetevendosje Movement's Year, where according to preliminary results, it has reached 40.659 votes, or 51.07 per cent, until Vitia has 38,958 votes or 48.93 per cent.
