Dodik says he has Russia and China's support why he's leading Bosnia to war

Bosnian presidency member Milorad Dodik has indicated he has the help of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese man Xi Jinping, in case he has problems with the West. He issued this statement for the “The Guardian” at a time accused of inciting conflict. “When I go to Putin, there are no demands. He just says: [...]
When I go to Putin, there are no demands. He just says: What can I do? Whatever I've been talking to him, I've never been misled”, Dodik said.
For Xi Jinping, he also says that, if there's anything I can help with, I'm here” Dodik has been widely condemned in recent weeks for his intention to withdraw the Bosnian Serb part from state institutions.
The proposal was named in a UN report as a <x0 split> and a risk to the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement, which ended the civil war after the breakup of Yugoslavia. War cost about 100,000 lives.
This peace agreement created a state, Bosnia and Herzegovina, composed of two entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which consists mainly of Bosnian Muslims and Croats and Republika Srpska.
Bosnia's three-member presidency is held by representatives of the three main ethnic groups. Since 2017, Dodik has been banned from travelling to the US after he challenged the Constitutional Court of Bosnia, organising a referendum on the celebration of Republika Srpska Day, marking the date in 1992 when Bosnian Serbs proclaimed their state in Bosnia.
Reference to Germany's warnings of financial sanctions, he said that “I am not indifferent, but was not chosen to be coward”. He denied once again the blame for what is happening and on charges that he wants a conflict in Bosnia and that he does not want the collapse of the state.
