Bahri Cani has commented on Chancellor Merkel's farewell visit to the Western Balkans, willingly to Belgrade and Tirana.

He has said Merkel has been able to visit Kosovo as well, but that he believes domestic politics in Kosovo is to blame.

She couldn't visit all places, but when we see what points she visited as a farewell visit it's good to have visited the Western Balkans. It's a good message he's been visiting not only Belgrade, but Tirana, and he's got everyone together. In my opinion, there has been room to visit Kosovo as well, because Kosovo is a child, a baby and a West something that has created its own creation, and I think there's been room, but why isn't it real that maybe some of the reasons have to be sought even in Kosovo's internal policy, even in recent developments, the congregations here, I don't want to get in too much, but certainly there are some elements why this didn't happen. The official explanation I can say, that because of the time we haven't visited him, but I believe and I hope that there has been room for the visit of Kosovo”, Cani said at Prime Time.

We remember that on September 13th and 14th Chancellor Angela Merkel had held a farewell tour of the Western Balkans, but that Kosovo was not at all on its agenda.
