They said this monastery is not endangered by anyone.
“Viola Von Cramon, German Eurodeputate and rapporteur for Kosovo, in the European Parliament, you must know that the constitutional and anti-law verdict of the Kosovo Constitutional Court of May 2016, on properties and companies “Apico” and “Iaryria”, which are falsely trying to be forgiven to the Decani Monastery, should not be implemented, because it is in the laws of time that the violent measures of the Milosevic era --<5>
“Laws, decisions and underground acts of Milosevic's time, all the democratic states of the world, including Germany, have fought and named them discriminaters. Violet Von Cromon and all other international officials need to know that the Decani Monastery is not endangered by anyone, so on the part of Albanians, it is endangered only by the malicious policies of the Serbian staff of the Decani Monastery”, it is said in their response.
In response, historians said that properties and companies “Apico” and “iliria” should be returned to the Decani Community management and that those properties belong to the decanants, not Sava Janjic.
Otherwise, the rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet von Cromon, has said the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo must be protected and enjoy full rights.
Von Croamon called on the Government of Kosovo to implement the Constitutional Court's conviction in this regard.
