At the November 5th session was the testimony of the fourth witness, who is an operational security officer at the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS), Daniel Moberg.
He has answered the prosecutor's questions and, among other things, said that the KLA's OVL offices have gone three times to sequencing documents that someone had sent to this organisation.
Suedez has said that on September 8, 2020, he has gone to the KLA OVL for the first time under a court order to conduct the seizure.
The flow of documents from the Special, which by a person still unknown, were sent to O'O offices. VL- The KLA and publicisation of this event by its leaders is the reason Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are being tried.
On them are charges of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are staying in custody in The Hague from 25 September 2020, when they were also arrested in Pristina.
