According to the court, “contains suspicion based on the date 08.11.2021, about 20:40 minutes, in the neighborhood “Arberia”, in Gjilan, near the home of the late E. R., following a disagreement over a cash debt among defendants, the defendants deliberately, with direct action have now deprived the deceased E of life. R”
The defendants equipped with two types of weapons, of fire type “Zoraki” of the 9m and 7.65m calibre, have fired seven bullets towards each other, where the exchange with weapons has remained dead E.
