The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the prosecution's request for the appointment of the detention measure against Flamur Kuci, the son of Junik chairman Agron Kuci.
News of the Signal Gazette has confirmed the spokesperson for the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Mirlinda Gashi.
“Reference to your question, I can confirm that the same is assigned to the 30-day detention measure”, Gashi said. This measure will be calculated by November 30th.
From sources it has been learned that the same suspect was that, in co-ordination with the Yunik municipality official, Blerina Halley, and other AAK activists have prepared material seized by police, which had a diaspora destination.
