American President Joe Biden, addressing the conference, opened his speech after the historic agreement thanks to anyone who had signed this “to play-changing dedication” to reducing ethan emissions to the atmosphere.
He said one of the most important things humanity could do was keep the target of 1.5 degrees of temperature and reduce the meth “as soon as possible”, the BBC reports.
