Citaku said that in general, she sees the post-war years in Kosovo without cynicism and, according to her, for that merit, there is also international presence.
“I see without cynicism the last 22 years in Kosovo. I remember both Kosovo and the 1990s, and the postwar one. Kosovo has much change for good. Compared to the countries of the region, we've moved far ahead, we have fantastic civil societies, free media, pluralism. The international presence has been the catalyst to move much faster, better. We've done very well in construction. Once society was built it's harder than building state”, it said in “JavaSterone Meronin” on KTV.
