Through a media communique in October this year, this firm has announced that Harbach has joined them.
Harbach a lawyer with judicial experience has experience in more than 35 cases in federal and state courts. He has also conducted some of the highest profile public corruption trials in the country, including cases against former US Senator John Edwards and former Virginia Governor Robert F. McDonell.
Harbach was a US deputy prosecutor in New York's South District from 2005 to 2010, and for four years starting in 2015, Harbach was a US deputy prosecutor in the East District of Virginia.
