Former head of former Prime Minister Arben Vitita's cabinet, Nora Kelmendi, has resigned from this position,

Kelmendi himself confirmed the news. She has said she resigned yesterday, when new Health Minister Rifat Latifi was appointed.

I quit yesterday. I don't have any other reason than commitment, since I've been elected as an assistant. I stayed in the cabinet after Minister Vitita's resignation so I wouldn't block the projects. Now is the new minister, but my resignation has nothing to do with it”, Kelmendi has declared.

The newspaper Shneta has learned that she has resigned as well as political adviser Sami Uka. Kelmendi confirmed this, and Uka wasn't available on his phone.

We recall that yesterday Prime Minister Albin Kurti appointed surgeon Rifat Latifi to the position of the health minister.
