Central Election Commission spokesman Valmri Elesi has made this known.
The CEC's voter service has already made the assessment of 1,571 alleged package packaged packages coming through mail. From the evaluation process, it turns out that from these packages the number of individualised envelopes with leaflets is 2,658, out of which 2,379 have been approved, while after having failed to meet the legal criteria, 279 packages have been rejected. These ballots belong to 19 different municipalities: Elezi has said.
According to him at the Counting and Results Centre, all initial procedures are under way, which as soon as possible also start counting on conditional votes and persons with special needs.
