Central Election Commission spokesman Valmir Elezi has indicated that everything is already ready for tomorrow's election process.
The CEC is ready in the organisational aspect of the election process, and it remains tomorrow morning to make the distribution of the balloting”, Elezi has indicated.
While, in terms of the number of invalid ballots, Elesi said that the percentage of invalid ballots in the country's recent local elections is for a smaller percentage compared to local ones in 2017.
“in any election process has a certain number of invalid balloting, but if we speak the percentage is less compared to past local elections for about 1 per cent and this should serve in the education of citizens”, Elesi said.
