CECA spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that during the voting period through the mail, 1,000 and 571 package cases of supposed balloting have been accepted.
The voting process through mail for municipalities in which the second round of the Communist Mayors Elections is held has ended Friday at midnight. During the period of voting via mail (October 29th) November 12th), the Central Election Commission has accepted 1,571 alleged package of balloting”, Elez said.
