Bulliqi won 51.84 per cent of the vote, along with the LDK's Ekrem Hysen, who won 48.16 per cent.
Back in the vote, Bulqi won 20 thousand and 282 votes, while LDK's Ekrem Hyseni won 18 thousand and 845 votes.
