On September 30th of this year (2021) in Brussels with the European Union's mediation agreement has been reached between Kosovo and Serbia. This was after the Kosovo government had decided 11 days earlier on reciprocity measures for license plates coming from Serbia. The move they reacted to from Serbia had even blocked border checkpoints at Jarinje and Brnjak.
Three points were in the agreement reached in Brussels. As of Thursday, Kosova Prees reported that the new round of talks at the top negotiating level will be held on Tuesday (November 16th).
Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu said the topic of discussion would be the issue of those with violence during the war, energy and free movement.
