Bislimi shows deadlines for final agreement with Serbia have been presented: Consistent With Kurt's Term

Kosovo-Serbia dialogue with a comprehensive agreement will be concluded within a specific deadline, which, according to Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, coincides with Prime Minister Albin Kurti's mandate. Bislimi said the deadlines for reaching the agreement have been presented, but he did not give an exact date. <x)
Bislimi said the deadlines for reaching the agreement have been presented, but he did not give an exact date.
The time benefits are actually presented, but they have to do with some coincidence that even Mr. Kurti, and Mr. Even Mr. Biden's. Borrell matches”, Bislim said.
Bislimi stressed, however, that for Kosovo it is very important that the agreement is good.
He pledged that they would not sign the agreement, which would be at the expense of Kosovo citizens.
For us it's important that the agreement is initially good, not to harm citizens, then the timetable is I of importance, but not as primary as quality of the agreement. We will not sign any agreements that we will know for certain is at the expense of citizens”, Bislim stressed.
Asked whether there is hesitation in the agreement, Bislimi said the Kosovo side has no hesitation in the agreement, but this appears to come from the Serbian side.
There is a hesitation on the other side. We are saying that the main focus should be on the overall, legally binding agreement, the Serbian side is saying to deal with the other past agreements, then go to the comprehensive deal”, Bislim stressed.
According to him, election dynamics in Serbia are making them more aggressive in dialogue.
“I think that the election dynamics they have in Serbia are forcing a more aggressive approach to dialogue, but that will avenge the long-term Serbian side”, the deputy prime minister stressed.
In the situation that Kosovo is now in dialogue with Serbia, according to Bislim have brought the courage of past Kosovo governments to sign agreements.
“Guation of past governments has brought us into this situation, with these 30 agreements which are uncompliable”, Bislim said.
He stressed that if the agreements that were signed earlier were good, then there would be no need to discuss them after so many years, but they would be implemented much earlier.
We're now talking about the Association Agreement, which dates back to 2013, why are we talking in 2021. If it were good, the implementation would not be part of the negotiations today. For the Energy Agreement, the Constitutional Court has not been declared, it is signed on August 25th 2015, why it has not been carried out until today. Find me an agreement you can boast of Edita Tahiri doing a good job”, Bislimi said about the telegraph.
Bislimi said dialogue with Serbia is more cautious, not bold.
Uh, “Edita Tahiri has told you that the container deal will melt like the snow bubble. This is the quality of past government agreements and this is their courage. We enter with caution, not with courage”, Bislim said.
