Latif is a surgeon at the Medical Center, Westchester, New York. In 2009, Latifi was appointed health adviser by then Prime Minister Hashim Thaci.
Meanwhile, among the names spoken of in this position is cardiologist Ramadan Jashari, who has been admitted since he lives in Belgium.
