At the Counting and Results Centre, counting on bail and those of persons with special needs has begun.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said the number of eligible votes and persons with special needs is 9 thousand and 313.
He also provided details about the rejection of some votes belonging to this category.
The process of counting on bail and those of persons with special needs, which belonged to the second round of elections for mayor of municipalities, which was held Sunday on November 14th, has started in the QNR. During election day, 10,000 and 303 votes have been cast, which are conditional votes and votes of persons with special needs. After their verification process, 9 thousand and 313 votes have been confirmed on bail. The reasons for rejection could be classified into three categories: have voted more than once, the conditional voter is not on the voter's list, and the conditional voter has not voted in his municipality”, he said.
