The Assembly adopted the draft law on the management of seized property

The bill on managing the seized and property has been voted by 69 votes, thus backing the opposition parties.

Under this bill, the agency for the management of seized or sequential property will be allowed to do the sale of items, rent or handover them for exploitation by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. The intensity and volume of this agency will be increased very quickly in order to maintain the value of confiscated or sequential wealth bill and the possibility that this common anti-value property will be used in the benefit of the overall interest”, Haxhiu said.

She has said the provisions of the draft law provide for the way and procedures of selling and renting of active and real estate, seized and co-ordinated, to be regulated by the underground act the government will approve.

Haxhiu has said his drafting would come from the Ministry of Justice within six months of the introduction of this bill.
