“35/06” is the nickname of one of the persons who has applied to testify as a victim against KLA leaders in The Hague, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhepi and Jakup Krasniqi, writes the news.
The same one has informed the Office of the victims' participation that he has withdrawn from his application. He has taken this action on November 9th, directly contacting the office where he had first submitted his application.
As described in the Office report, the person in question has no access to the Internet, and the same has demanded that his withdrawal be conveyed directly to the Judge of Pre-Procedure.
“on November 9th 2021, “applicant 35/06” briefed the VPO on the decision to withdraw its application. Since the applicant has no internet or any other means to send the withdrawal statement, the victim 3/05/6 asked the VPO to forward the case to the prosecutor of the preliminary procedure”, the Office's report on the victims' participation.
The Office for the Members of Victims has recommended that the judge aside from the judge that “victim 35/06<18x1> accept the request, since he has expressed a desire to step down from his application for participation in the procedure.
Because the researcher expressed unequivocally the desire to withdraw his request over the phone and gave valid reasons why a written request could not be submitted, The VPO recommends that the judge of the preliminary procedure accept withdrawal of the victim's request, 3/05/6, to participate in the procedure”, is said to be further in the report.
Subsequent requests documents in question, following the conclusion of the necessary procedures, have been handed over to the preliminary judge.
We remember that the Office for the Members of the Victims has filed two reports with applications of people who claim to be victims of the KLA and will participate in the trial.
Some of them have been rejected, while part has been accepted by the preliminary judge and the Office for the Members of Victims.
Currently, KLA leaders in The Hague are awaiting a decision by the preliminary judge regarding their request for freedom protection.
