The Special Prosecutor has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against defendants S. N for criminal work “Organisation and terrorist group participation”.
So has the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo announced through a communique for the media.
“Special Procurory of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment at the Foundation Court in Pristina, against a (1) person with the initials S. N”
Subtitles: Charged for criminal work bodyisation and terrorist group participation from Article 143 paragraph 2 of KPRK”, the communique said.
