It seems to me that the best criterion for measuring elections is this criterion if we take the seven main municipalities as regional centres, here it turns out that the PDK is the first and has mostly won municipalities like Mitrovica, Prizren and Ferizaj, this seems to me the rightest and most specific criterion.
