CEC Certificates Election Results in Ferizaj, Podujevo Zoom
According to Eugene Calcoli from this institute, there are over 900,000 invalid and empty state-level paper sheets, 70 thousand of them are only for municipal congregations that represent the most problematic part.
According to him, this situation is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately, working on changing the design of the ballot.
This is his full status:
Even in these elections has continued the extremely high and negative trend of invalid votes. Based on the current results of the CEC, we have a total of 90,289 invalid and empty ballots on the ground level. Of them, PLOT 70 MIE (place-level management 8.56%) is for municipal assembly only, which represents the most problematic part.
The municipalities with the highest percentage of invalid votes are Ranillug (18.75%), Gracanica (15.70%), Drenasi (11.48%), Partesh (11.36%), South Mitrovica (10.43%) and Obiliki (10.43%).
On the other hand, municipalities with the lowest percentage are Leposaviqi (2.72%), Zvecani (2.82%) and Mamusha (4.08%).
This situation is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately, working on changing the design of balloting, reconcepting the campaign to inform voters about the way they vote, but still not bypassing the voting system in local elections as a whole.
