650 Afghans taking refuge in Kosovo

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced this during a meeting he did with Albania's president, Ilir Meta.

Speaking of housing Afghan citizens, Prime Minister Kurti said we have accepted 1,341 refugees, but currently in Kosovo are 650 Afghans, because 691 have already left for other countries.

Otherwise, Kosovo, in August, had accepted the first group of Afghan refugees. This housing was made at the request of the United States of America.
