Only 6 beds at Pulmology Clinic, Hoxha: We're prepared for any new wave.

For a new wave of COVID-19 is also prepared for Pulmology Clinic at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo(QKUK). So said in an interview for Kosovo Press the task director of the Pulmology Clinic, Musa Hoxha.
Out of 66 beds, only six are free. Hoxha says 60 patients are lying there and receiving treatment, 27 of them being treated as post office. - CO VID, whose condition is stable, while 33 other patients are with other pathology.
We've got 60 of us. Of these 60s, we have 27 patients being treated as post-Coved, while the rest are with other respiratory pathologists... The incidents of these patients are usually patients who went slower and patients who have had major respiratory problems with radiological shifts in the pollen, but also who have needed over-resistant oxygen therapy. These patients are patients who usually need oxygen therapy, feel tired, exhausted, and are patients who are also with other accompanying diseases and who are seen as having anxieties, fears, depression and other problems”, he said.
As far as the age of those laid out at the clinic is concerned, over 60 years of age prevails. Of those at this clinic, 50% of them are vaccinated against Coddy-19.
We are about all ages, but the most advanced age of over 60 is usually prevalent... Now we have the data for the Pulmology Clinic in total of the 60 patients we have laid down, 13 with one dose and 15 with two doses, from not only the post-Cavid total, we have 28 vaccinated, close to 50% are vaccinated patients”, Kosovo quoted Hoxha as saying.
Until he said a new wave was expected, Hoxha underlined that this wave would not be as pronounced as August and September.
And we're always prepared for whatever new wave is expected, but we think not that the last wave, the August and September wave has now been. As for the readiness normally that all readiness is at the highest possible level in any case”, Hoxha said.
While on Wednesday the Ministry of Health has announced that out of the 70 positive samples of COVID-19, sent for analysis to Germany, 12 cases have resulted in the Delta Plus variant.
Kosovo National Public Health Institute ( IKKPK announced that out of 1.696 tests, 14 citizens have resulted positive with the COVID-19 virus.
Since the beginning of the vaccine in all of Kosovo's cities has been given 1.587,467 doses of vaccine, while 744,671 citizens have been vaccinated with the second dose.
