The Health Ministry reports that during this period 539 people have recovered, while currently in COVID hospitals they are receiving treatment of 157 patients, of whom 14 are in a heavier position.
Most of the new cases are recorded in Tirana -- 166. There are 8036 patients active with COVID-19 across the country.
Despite doctors' efforts, in the last 24 hours a citizen from 60-year-old Durres and four Tirana citizens aged 74-86 has died.
Since the outbreak of the coronary epidemic in Albania, 196,393 persons have been registered, 185,317 have recovered, 8,036 are active, while the battle with dangerous disease has lost 3,040 patients.
