ZRER refuses to compensate citizens for billing spent electricity in northern Kosovo

Energy Regulatory Office ( ZRERE has decided not to compensate Kosovo citizens for the fate of the spent electricity in northern Kosovo during the period 2012-2017.

Towards the Constitutional Court's decision to approve the ombudsman's request for compensation of over 40m euros for the fate of the flow spent in the four northern municipalities of Kosovo, Z The RRE has decided to file a complaint at the Court of Appeals.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Pristina on 11 October had approved the ombudsman's application for annulment of the Energy Regulatory Office's decision to ensure the flow spent in the four northern municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo.

The same bias obliges ZRE to take actions that force KEDS to make compensation for the damage to consumers who are lucky to spend electricity in the four northern municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, worth 40 million and 855.480.00 euros.
