However, he has made a very interesting post with proposals on how to increase quality in the education sector.
“says that the quality of the cake is understood after required by the final user,” wrote Mr. Heads, follow Periscope.
He says final users of the learning process are students, and that they should be tested in a quality and quantitative manner for their knowledge.
In fact, testing students applies to Kosovo now and several decades through a series of different tests, from teachers but also from foreign troops in case of senior test.

It is said that the quality of the cake is understood after being requested by the final user.
Final users of the learning process are students, students. How much knowledge and ability they have achieved must be verified in a qualitative and quantitative way.
After all the teaching conditions are met, each teacher must be responsible for his/her course.
At least once a year, a professionally prepared test must be conducted to measure the quality of each subject.
The test should be prepared and appreciated by field professional experts sent by August (but must be people from the university CREDIBIL!)
The test should be organised under the authority of the school principal, the school teacher, and another school authority, allegedly wanting proper education in Kosovo. This commission should be in class, where the lecture teacher/educated is not allowed to provide information to the students during the test.
When the result of the test coming from experts and ultimately shows that, it has not reached the minimum required level, the teacher/instructor has to organise additional lessons, until the repeated test is repeated with, to verify the desired level.
This is the form of achieving competencies that is not allowed to go higher without certain purpose being achieved. The minimum required level of knowledge and ability, required level and quality of learning has arrived.
