Ibrahim is allegedly on March 12, 2020, in Pristina, deprived the minor of life, now the late L.B., and with that case has deliberately threatened the lives of the injured R.G. and B.S., reports the “Justice Voct”.

While accused Abraham is accused of helping accused Edward Ibrahim hide the weapon that he had deprived of life of the late L.B., and Lirim Begolli is accused of having committed the crime, the same had sheltered them in his home.

The accused Egzon Matosh at the May 20, 2021 session, had pleaded guilty to helping accused Edward Ibrahim commit the murder.

At Tuesday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the witness witness R.G, who has been a friend of the late L.B.'s, has continued to testify at the July 5, 2021 session.

Answering the questions of defendant Edward Ibrahim's defender, lawyer Tahir Rrecaj, the witness said that his statement given at the previous hearing in which he had said that while he had been with the late man, he had heard the sound of the scythe coming behind him and that after hearing a gun or two shots, he had seen his friend lying on the ground and that he had seen his friend, B.S. near the deceased.

But the lawyer Rrecaj faced the statement given to the police on March 12, 2020, in which he had declared “I saw B leaving in the direction there are graveyards up to”, and asked him what the truth was.

The Witness Gashi has said he had claimed that he had seen B.S. leaving, but that after committing his murder, he was close to the late L.B.

But the lawyer Rrecaj has continued to face this statement in which he had declared that when he heard the gunshot, he had returned and saw the scooter leaving and that when he came back from the late L.B., he had seen it lying on the ground nearby and that he had seen the B.S. injured fleeing toward the cemetery.

How am I called B? I saw him at L.'s head, and there he went on with the”, answered the witness, who claimed he had been in panic when he saw his friend injured and tried to call the police, but didn't work the phone.

The lawyer Racaj confronted the statement given to the prosecutor had declared “I was standing up and I saw B. crying near L. and I said “Call the police”, he didn't move but he just cried”.

Regarding this statement, the witness has said that he himself had done as well and had told the injured B.S. to call the police.

But the lawyer Racaj confronted him with the statement issued to the police in which he had declared that after hearing the gunshot had returned from the late L. B, who had been lying on the ground, and then he called the police in 192, and after telling him about it, he was told to call for help.

I'm B. I told him I called the police, I got off the phone and I called 192 and I tried to call the police, but I never talked to him. Right after the incident I was traumatized when I issued a statement”, the witness said.

Asked about the gun that was found at the scene near the body of the deceased L. B, the witness said he had never seen a gun at the scene.

After the witness had claimed that the deceased had a best friend, he said that he had related the same problems he had had with any other person in general but that concerning accused Edward Ibrahim the witness said that the deceased never mentioned him.

The lawyer Rrecaj gave him a picture and asked the witness if he knew the man who held a gun in his hand, and he said that the person on the right hand with the gun in his hand was the deceased L. B, while for the person on the left, he said you don't know him.

The Witness also added that he had not seen the dead man L.B. had guns with him on the critical day.

I don't know if I've heard one or two gunfire, L. I saw the bullet in his forehead, I saw in his forehead he's got a son, and his head behind you was blood, he was alive, I could talk to him, I used to call him L. ge, he'd turn on my son not to cry because with you to take your... family and he'd reach my right hand”, the witness declared.

Witness B.S, who has been with the late L.B., and witness R.G.'s critical day, has also been heard at Tuesday's session.

He answered the questions of prosecutor Hivzi Bajraktari said that on March 12, 2020, he and the late L.B. had gone to a coffee at Qafa in Pristina, and then had continued to meet with the injured R.G, in the neighbourhood of “Dragodan”.

After eating bread and drinking coffee with the three, the witness said that the three were headed toward the bus station, and that while they had been walking, they had heard a sound of a scooter.

Until we were walking all three of us, I heard a sound of the scooter, L. We're a little further away, like running, me and R. to the left of L. on the right. At that moment, I noticed the scooter and two people on it”, he said.

According to the witness, they stopped the scooter where this one was 1015 feet away and he saw the driver down from the scooter.

I've had a gun in my hand and ran towards us, but there's more L., running and listening to the gun crack, I've heard a crack, then I'm back, I've seen L. on the ground”, the witness said.

On the other hand, he added that after shooting in the direction of the late L.B., the two defendants had boarded the scooter and left the scene.

After they left with the scooter, I went back to L. Who lay on the ground, and lay on his back. I tried to help him, but people who were nearby did not leave me. He had a wound on his head, I don't know exactly which part he was covered with blood, I talked to him, but he couldn't talk to me, his eyes had the key and he moved”, the witness said.

He also said that he didn't know if he saw her, but he knew that he raised his hand, and he tried to get up, but he couldn't.

I've tried to call my brother of L. I called him and I told him about the story. He was at work.

He said that the late L.B. had known him from an early age and that they had often met him, but he said he never mentioned him to the accused Edward Abraham and that he never told him if he had had a relationship with him.

The witness said that the late L.B. had not had a gun on a critical day.

After the witness has declared that the late L. B, when he saw the scooter from behind he had been told <x0]ikni”, the lawyer Rrecaj faced the statement issued at the prosecutor on June 22, 2020, in which he claimed he had heard the R.G, saying “L. Watch your step.

I don't know, two at once said, details haven't occurred yet. I can't remember exactly why I didn't say L. The witness responded.

He said in this hearing that after they had heard the sound of the scythe, and when they were gone, he heard that there had been reproach between now the dead and the accuser Edward Abraham.

The lawyer reconfronted the statement given to the prosecutor, where he had declared “ua until I started leaving, I heard L. By insulting them, insulting the sister, but I don't know how the event came to be”, and asked the witness why he had not stated that the accused had also reviled the deceased.

I've heard the reproach, but the accused was further away, and I couldn't hear exactly how he insulted, but I've heard more L. I swear I've had it closer to” The witness said.

The next session is expected to be held on November 2nd, 2021.

According to the indictment set up on November 18, 2020, Edward Ibrahimi is accused of having, on March 12, 2020, deprived the minor of life, now the deceased L.B., and on that occasion has deliberately threatened the lives of the injured R.G. and B.S.

As stated in the indictment, the defendant Abraham had dealt with the late man L several days earlier. B, and that the murder had occurred until the deceased had been walking along the street with the injured R.G. and B. According to the prosecution, the defendant Ibrahim and defendant Egzon Matosi, whom Ibrahim had directed, had gone on a motorcycle, while the defendant Egzon Matoshi was sitting behind him.

It says that when the defendant Edward Ibrahim approached about 10m, he lowered the speed of the movement and descended from the motorcycle, which was held by the defendant Egzon and then immediately pulled out of his belt the pistol and shot at the deceased. B, shooting him in the head, and then they both left the scene.

Always according to the indictment, in those moments the high - pitched witnesses and random passersby are offered assistance to L.B., but now the deceased had suffered serious injuries and was sent for medical assistance, even in spite of medical assistance offered by doctors at KKUKU, had passed away at the scene.

A gas pistol “was reportedly found near the site of the event. Special Echo”, with baroth fillings, and a .7.65x17m calibre shell that was fired from this pistol, as well as a shell and shot by the defendant's pistol.

For these actions prosecution Edward Ibrahimi is burdening the criminal act “heavy murder” and “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, while accused Egzon Matoshi, with the criminal act “of assisting heads after carrying out criminal acts”.

The same crime is being charged with by Abraham, who is said to have aided the defendants Edward Abraham by hiding his means, the evidence of his crime. This is said to have been the way he did since the defendant Edward Ibrahim committed the criminal act described as being at the outset of the indictment, fled the scene and went to the defendant.

Also, it is said that progress has been given to Ibrahim and the same weapon of gun fire, with inscription “Zragy” the same defendant Progress has hidden it in his home, where, on March 13, 2020, the high gun was seized by police.

In addition, he is accused of criminal activity “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, since according to the prosecution, from 12 to 13 March 2020, when he has also been seized by the police, he has kept it in conflict with the applicable law regarding such weapons as Edward Ibrahim has committed the criminal work described as at the first point of the indictment.

The defendant, Lirim Begolli, is also accused of helping the leaders after committing criminal acts, defendants Edward Ibrahimi and defendants Egzon Matoshi. This is reportedly done so since the two defendants committed the criminal acts described as superior, defendant Lirim Begolli has gone with his type “car.
