Witness: Package 3 includes materials from international organisations

Witness Zdenka Pumper, who is a SPS investigator, has said that the material she has examined and appointed as package 3 includes documents from international organisations and interviews with individuals.

Lawyer Rees: In terms of package 3 and the material you are mentioned as material received by other subjects, international organizations, which you label package 3, including reference to witness statements in other matters, did not include witness statements or related evidence, theirs?

Witness Pumper: The material I speak of includes documents that we had benefited from international organizations and also interviews conducted with individuals mentioned in package 3.

Lawyer Rees: I thought the documents you labeled package 3 were incomplete copies of SPS internal work products, to name your words.

Witness Pumper: Yeah.

Lawyer Rees: So it did not include witness statements and other documents as transcripts, for example.

Witness Pumper: The documents contain references to documents and interviews with individuals.

After that, the hearing has been concluded at the prosecutor's request, due to reference to the number of cases.

On the other hand, lawyer Rees has presented several documents published in the media, but the same have not been open to the public.

He has asked the SPS investigator about copying documents which are part of package 3.

Lawyer Rees: Is it fair to say that if a document is a photocopy, then a photocopy of the document from which the photocopy was made, i.e. If there's a catch sign in the first document, then is it up to him to get a trace on the photocopyed document?

Witness Pumper: If the catch sign is in the first document, then yes.

Lawyer Rees: So if there's no such sign, can we say where it was copied from, what the document from which the copy was made, or who copied it.

Witness Pumper: No, I can't.

Lawyer Rees: Do you agree that document 920 is a copy of document 289?

Witness Pumper: I can't confirm that.

Lawyer Rees: But it doesn't seem that way, does it?

Prosecutor Bolic: The answer was received by the host, this is a question which was answered earlier than the reminder.

Lawyer Rees: I'm asking you these questions because we have access to these documents to do different expert checks on our part, so you're the only witness we can ask about this.

This is the fifth day of the hearing of the first SPS witness. The testimony of Zdenka Pumper began on October 18, 2021.

She is the co-ordinator of SPS investigations and has declared that she is involved in the O case. VL- The KLA from September 25th of 2020 and has been asked to conduct a review of classified documents at the offices of the KLA War Veterans Organisation.

Former OVL heads- KLA, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are charged with criminal acts against justice administration, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.

In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.

They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina since they were even held at The Hague detention centre.
