In this ongoing hearing, the witness is answering the victims' defense questions.
He was asked about several points in which he said he had his teeth broken as well as other injuries done to Zallash.
'Cause I've got my teeth in back and forth and a coma after an operation that puts me out of that cell and seats, but they've got a really bad infection, 'cause the doctor well said you've come to my brain. ”
And I had my teeth broken as well, but now because of the infection I don't know how the paint came and I fixed my teeth. Artificial today.”, he said, broadcast Periscope.
On the other hand, he said he didn't have the guts to be treated in a hospital, but in private doctors because, he says, he could go to the hospital and say he's injured KLA.
I tried harder to go private because that's why you couldn't tell a doctor who tortured me. The NLA or something, and we've just gone in private ways, just to do it more simply than that, that's how it went to private people, in private doctors, because you couldn't go to the doctor to say I'm hurt the NLA, because it's different from us, and we think it's different from the countries of Europe, these are the things that are far away from mentality, unfortunately a part of society is far from that mentality. And then you went out and you had these guys working there because these guys were completely usurped by those ambulances, and these are the only gods in there”
Salih Mustafa is participating in this session through video connection.
This is the first judgment to have started in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, and Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special./Periscopi/
