During today's session, the protected witness W01679 has also answered Salih Mustafa's defence questions, lawyer Julius Von Bone.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: One of the people you mentioned before was a woman, this woman stayed and slept in the same building with you?
Witness: There's been a party in the same building, other rooms where I know it, but with us there's no room.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: Do you remember just about how many women there were in that school, like recruits or other qualities?
Witness: I don't remember, for women I don't remember, men have been a lot, women don't remember me, and we haven't had contact with women.
Lawyer: Is it true that two women have participated in interrogation or beatings?
Witness: I know that there were two women there, one of them today I still have a sign from her, but we haven't been questioned, we've been interrogated by these other women, but that's what happened, and I have a sign from a woman there.
The ZPS witness, whose identity does not become public, has also spoken of time during his stay at the Zlash school where, according to him, they have conducted exercises in order to become part of the KLA.
The training said they led Adam Shehu and Treumph.
You got behind the trees, you got roped to get on them, you crawled, you had wire trees, you crawled to crawl, you had trees to run into them, you had trees to run to them, you had trees to do exercises”, the protected witness said.
And lawyer Von Bone has asked him about the people the witness claims to have sent to the storage facility in Zlata.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: Do you know what happened to them? What happened to them, what was done to them?
Witness: I don't know what assignments were given after I was released when I met them at their own house, they told me that after they took me, they left, and after a few days they went away, and went back home.
According to the witness, from school to the object where he claims to have been held in Slate, they have walked about 20 minutes.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: The one they put on your head, and then they took it off your head when they took it off, remember where it took you?
Witness: Down there, when I was taken away, I was told that there's something wrong with the Commander, he's going to ask you something, when I went there, they took it off.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: When you got there, did you know the name of that commander?
Witness: When he started asking me, I went there, and I've been going to ask me a question, I don't have a day who's a commander or anything, they told me if we could send the commander to ask him a question, and I've been looking at him for the man for the day that he's a commander, who has a conversation.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: Can you describe this commander?
Witness: I don't know how to describe them?
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: Why can't you describe it?
Witness: I don't know how you describe them. He's your accused. You're protecting him. He could have just been a little bit weaker.
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: I want you to describe the person you've seen here, this commander?
Witness: Yes, the commander had been sitting there, and the others told him to bring this commander, and there was a dandy collar, and the army started asking me what you came here for, and I told him to come to war and contribute something, and he started with his own screams, not lying, not telling me to kill, and he hit me. He said, "All of you, kill me.".
Lawyer Julius Von Bone: What color was his clothes?
Witness: Jacob was a black man, he wasn't like the black guy, he was a different uniform, and I can't explain it anymore.
According to the witness, the commander was not present each time he was beaten.
They asked questions, did you think about what you came here for, now after a while they made me eat, they gave me back to eat, and what they wanted, the easier they wanted, the more simple thing they wanted to have done to people”, the protected witness said.
Following Mustafa's defence attorney questions, the third witness will answer additional questions from the prosecution.
