In Pristina, LV candidate Arben Vitita will face the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Progress Rama, who came in second in this election.
In Gjakova, former Chairman Mimoza Kusari-Lila from Vetevendosje will compete against current chairman Ardian Gjini of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
In the municipality that had run for four years, in Prizren, LVV's Mytaher Haskuka will compete in the run-off with Democratic Party of Kosovo candidate (PDK), Shacir Totaj.
In a run-off with the PDK, the LVV will also be in Shtime. Kemeil Aliu, who for the first time called for the citizens' vote, will face current Shtime Chairman Naim Ismajli.
In Podujevo, LVV's Bulliqi is in competition with the LDK's Ekrem Hysen.

LDK wins again in Pec and Lipjan

AAK wins the Decan of Suhareka, but not in Gjakova

The Serbian list is in a run-off in only one municipality, in Klokot, with the civic initiative SNS (Srpska narodna sloga).
In the run-off, the Turkish-run municipality Mamusa will also be in the run-off. Turkish KDTP and KTP parties will compete for the first of the municipality.
In the past local elections of 2017, out of a total of 38 municipalities in 19 of them the winner was known in the first round, until 19 other municipalities had gone to the runoff.
According to Central Election Commission data, citizens rightly voted in local elections are about 43 percent.
