VVA MP: Kurt threat contact social networking

The prime minister's office announced last night that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been threatened. It has not been known what threat it is, nor who has threatened the prime minister, but increased police forces have been seen in his home. But, regarding this case, Kosovo Parliamentary MP and Security Affairs Commission Deputy Chairman Enver Dugolli have been declared last night.
Dugolli has said they have no information about who has threatened Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
We don't have any information because this is information belonging to the security organs that I believe are in charge of the task. Through operational routes, they must have received information and raised the security level. This is an exclusive task of police units and close protection, which, according to information, raise the level of security. We have no official information yet as to where the threat has come from. Security organs are treating it properly”.
The prime minister is well and is performing his duties, as well as law enforcement agencies are doing their job. It's a matter that is being addressed and competent organs are developing identification, verification and accurate investigation into what has happened”.
Let's not forget that Master Kurti was threatened earlier and was in public. We leave the bodies in charge as soon as they consider there must be information even for the public, it's probably going to say”.
Dugolli, in Klan Kosova, did not comment on the departure of Special Unit members who were standing near Kurti's house, saying this is simply an operational issue.
I wouldn't let myself down here to assess this situation more because it's up to them to provide for the prime minister and calm and take the right steps so it doesn't come to the worst. They must have appreciated that for a certain time they would be until then they probably changed the form of surveillance and monitoring. All of these are operational issues belonging to police”.
The deputy head of the Security Affairs Commission has dismissed the possibility that the threat would be linked to social networking posts requiring “Albin Kurti” for a certain amount of money that have already become viral.
I've seen them on social networks. I can assure you that information about the threat has been detected and moved from the operational routes of state units and bodies. These on social networks are trying in a form to devalve information and raise security levels and are not well intentioned and do not contribute at all to the dawning of this case and the investigations that are under way”, Dugolli said.
