VV commissioner invited voters to vote on her subject on election day, gets 1,000 euros fine

A day after local elections, the Democratic League of Kosovo, B INR, and Interna Kosova, have filed complaints against the Vetevendosje Movement in Gjilan. This complaint has approved the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre PZAP.
According to the complaint, it is claimed that Vetevendosje Movement Commissioner Jezide Selimi has made the post and distribution of electoral materials to the social Facebook network, where she has posted a photo voting, where she has invited citizens to come out and vote the 144, the news writes.net.
Vetevendosje has tried to reason that she is not its commissioner.
“From the subject paperwork, it is seen that the political subject Vetevendosje Movement, the commissionman of this subject, Gezide Selimi, on the day of the vote, on the social facebook network, has campaigned and directed that the political subject be voted on. LVV. Vetevendosje Movement claims that it does not prove that Jezide Selimi is LVV's commissioner, the panel estimates without reason that from the photo filed in the complaint, the same ID, with which it is identified as the commissioner. P ZAP has applied to the CEC to verify the commission in question in Gjilan. The panel, its decision depends on clear and convincing evidence, conform Article 117 of LZP”, says the PZAP decision.
So the panel, referring to the evidence, finds that LVV, respectively, its commissioner is responsible for its actions after violating Article 36, paragraph 1, b of LZP.
In this case, the panel has pronounced LVV a 1,000-euro fine.
Meanwhile, PZAP has banned the same turnout in the elections, as a candidate, or as an administrative part of any election body for five years.
