The project, which is the segment of the Corridor 10 connecting Austria with Greece, will be funded by the European Union on whose behalf the president of the European Commission was signed.
The other signatory is Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, who in Nis had scheduled another activity from which he spoke about the agreement his country reached in Brussels with the Kosovar side concerning the license plates.
With the outcome of the deal, he appeared satisfied until he said that at least in the north, the movement of about 9,000 cars with KM license plates, PZ PR that Serbia releases for Mitrovica, Pristina and Prizren.
After many sleepless nights and a lot of commitment this is the best we could achieve. That is known to the Serbian people and the president of the Serbian List, Goran Rakic, with whom I talked. I'm happy for the deal reached”, Vuciq said.
The Serbian president also unveiled part of the talks, as he says, that he had with the international parties that helped the deal.
We made it clear NATO and all the others that if it comes to violating the security of Serbs in Kosovo and others do not do their job so KFOR according to the UN mandate that it has, then we ourselves will be willing to guard our people”.
Vuciq again warned the frustration of the situation if the court ruling is implemented, which sentenced MP Ivan Todosijevic to two years in prison because he termed Recak's Massacre fiction.
We hope that they will understand well that Pristina cannot arrest that man and put Ivan Todosijevich in prison, because if this happens the resistance of the Serbian people will be stronger”.
Belgrade wants to be reinstated for this case, where two Serbian and Albanian judges would be on the appeal panel, under Brussels' justice agreement.
