The news has revealed CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi. Elez has announced that the number of conditional votes and those of disabled people will begin today at 11:00.
“Today, at 11: 00 p.m., will start counting conditional votes and those of persons with special needs”, he stated.
Elez said that after the recounting of 43 polling and counting on bail and those of disabled persons, the CEC will announce its final results.
After completing the process for these 43 countries, the Central Election Commission will begin counting conditional votes and votes of persons with special needs. We believe this process will be completed during Tuesday. This would pave the way for the CEC to announce the final results of the first round of local elections for the heads of municipalities”, Elez has declared.
