European Parliament rapporteur for Kosovo Violet von Cromon believes that in the first half of next year there will be progress in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
According to her, progress, or expectations that things will be easier on this issue, concerns elections in Serbia.
At the same time, she says she opposes boycotting the upcoming elections in Serbia.
“We need forces that will be constructive and that will bring a political alternative to the table. A boycott is not a good thing”, Von Cromon said.
