Hence, we will have to take our responsibilities and the right decisions that lead to this. So we need to hold the First Intergovernmental Conference with Northern Macedonia and Albania, open chapters with Serbia, accelerate the process of declaring Bosnia and Herzegovina a candidate country, and approve visa liberalisation for Kosovo”, the euro commissioner said.
