Unbelievable, but these are Gashi's words: There were non-adequat candidates, government s'desh to sacrifice ministers

According to him, this happened after the government did not want to sacrifice some of the ministers.

“Vetevendosje Movement in terms of candidates for mayors I think some of them have not been sent to adequate people, because the Government and those ministries are not weakened. So in the term there has to be no sacrifice to some of the ministers who are very good at Kurti Government to delegate to become mayor of the respective municipalities”.
Gashi said the VV has not achieved the expected outcome, but that he expects in the second round the situation will change.

The Vetevendosje Movement is definitely the largest party in Kosovo, and we cannot get the starting point on February 14th where the only party came out winning, but now we are dealing with local election issues. We have to see that in 12 municipalities the Vetevendosje Movement has been the first and now we expect that approximately three weeks from now maybe not all the first to come out and win the mandate of the municipalities. “I think we've had betting, where if a political party has won Deccanin and other countries with all due respect they are municipalities themselves but they are very small municipalities, and we can't compare major cities such as the capital and that more are political municipalities”, Gashi said.

According to Pristina, VV candidate Arben Vitita will win and for the first time, Pristina will emerge from this gloom.
