Trial of former OVL-KLA leaders continues today

Zenka Pumper is the first witness to the Specialised Procurone Office and has been heard on Friday for the fourth day in a row. Its testimony is not complete and the trial will continue on Monday, October 25th.

In September 2020, SPS investigator Zenka Pumper was asked to review documents allegedly seized at the offices of the KLA War Veterans Organisation, which she then shared in packages 1, 2 and 3.

Hysni Gucati's lawyer, Jonathan Elystan Rees, has asked the SPS witness about the 3rd package in which there are classified documents as confidential, which she has said no one knows who classified them as confidential.

Former OVL heads- KLA, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj are charged with criminal acts against justice administration, namely for obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.

In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.

They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina since they were also held at The Hague detention centre. /EO/
