The tragic case on Pec's railway, the witness says the victim has shown depressing behavior during the day

Witness B.G. said that the victim has been sitting on the railway today.

She also added that the victim was disabled.

Otherwise, Police spokesman for the Pec region Fadil Gashi has confirmed that the case occurred around 18:35.

According to Gashi, the victim is suspected to have taken the train forward.
