Totaj: Mytaher Haskuka signed contracts where a 50-hour electric jar cost 300 euros

According to the CEC's preliminary results in the runoff, Mytaher Haskuka and Shaqir Totaj will compete. Haskuka got 40,43% of the vote until Totaj 31.10%.
