Slovenia's Prime Minister Janez Jansa will be the host of the meeting until the summit is chaired by European Council President Charles Michel, who will represent the EU together with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyeen.
EU High Representative Josep Borrell and Commissioner for Neighbor and Enlargement Oliver Varhely will join as well.
Representatives of the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank and the Regional Co-operation Council have been invited to join the plenary session, Kosovo reports.
