EU High Representative Josep Borrell and Commissioner for Neighbor and Enlargement Oliver Varhely will join as well.

Representatives of the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank and the Regional Co-operation Council have been invited to join the plenary session, Kosovo reports.
