As noted at today's parliamentary Commission meeting for Business, Work and Transfere, where the director of the committee reported RTK-based Kastrati, all of this has happened because of the lack of a “R”, where instead of CR “Cleaning”, money has gone to the company “Cleaning”.
Thaci through a Facebook post said it's not true that payment was made wrong because of a letter, but there must have been a record number.
He said this kind of excuse for cheating and scorn is offensive, except for crime.

That's funny.
To execute a payment requires the name and number of the beneficiary accounts. If these two data don't match, the payment is not executed.
So it's not true that the payment was made wrong because of a letter in the beneficiary's name, but there must also have been the account number of “mistaker”.
This kind of excuse for deception and ignorance is offensive, except for crime.
