At the end of the testimony, the court will decide on material evidence presented by witness Pumper

The Specialised Chambers in The Hague have started sessions in which the trial is under way against former leaders of the KLA War Veterans Organisation (OVL-UÇK). Chief Justice Charles L. Smith III has issued a oral order suggesting that the court will decide on material evidence [...]
For the fourth day, that's where Zenka Pumper, a witness from the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, is being heard, and today he's continuing to answer the questions of Hysni Gucatt's lawyer, Jonathan Elusan Rees.
“As far as presenting evidence, as you are aware the court has prompted the decision to make a series of material evidence presented by Mrs. Pumper until the end of her testimony, when the moment of that discussion by the prosecution is expected to be read a consistent summary of the witness's statements for the verbalin process, in an open session”, the chairman of the court said.
Smith has said he is expected from the prosecution to announce what the ranking proposes for each material test.
If evidence is proposed to be confidential, he has added that SPS should let it know whether a edited public version can be made available.
While in terms of classification, the position of defence will be taken.
Nasim Haradinaj's Hysni Gucati is taking part in the physical presence session, and this is the fourth day of listening to the investigative co-ordinator's testimony at the Specialised Prosecutor's Office.
Former OVL-KLA leaders are accused of criminal acts against administration of justice, namely obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge, and violating the secret of the procedure.
In the organization they were running, there were several packages allegedly containing documents derived from the Special Prosecutor's Office. All of this they had made public through media conferences and other public presentations.
They have been arrested on 25 September 2020 in Pristina since they were even held at The Hague detention centre.
