Tahiri: We'll win without a run-off

The current chairman and leader of the municipality of Vushtrria, Xhafer Tahiri, has spoken as far as the survey is concerned, saying it is possible to reflect support when the measure has been made, but he is convinced that Vushtrria will win without a run-off.
