Tahiri in a post in Facebok says he is very happy that the Constitutional Court has given justice to the issue raised by the Democratic Party of Kosovo over this illegal dismissal, disrupting the calculation of this principle and legitimacyal power.
“Today this court approved the request for the Interim Mass, respectively, to suspend the decision of the Parliament, which dismissed the five members of the Independent Council for Civil Service. We are convinced that such will be the merit decision to assess this case”, Tahiri wrote among the others on Facebook.
According to him, this is a victory of justice “over injustice, of merit over arrogance. Victory of democracy as the value of misusing on its behalf”.
